Northcote Launches Pre-Order, New Track

You can now pre-order Northcote's new album, "Northcote" which will be released May 7th. There are a number of pre-order options, as follows:
You can pre-order the album via iTUNES, which comes with an immediate download of the new single, "How Can You Turn Around", which you can preview above. You can also grab the track on its own on iTunes.
You can pre-order the album physically via our store at MAPLEMUSIC.COM. There are a few packages to choose from:

Northcote Releases "Burn Right Past Them All" Digital 7-Inch

Northcote revealed the first track from his new self-titled record about 3 weeks ago and the response has been amazing. That track, "Burn Right Past Them All" was released this morning as part of a 2-song digital 7-inch, which you can purchase on iTunes. The release also features an exclusive album b-side called "When You're Shining".
The physical version of the 7" will be made available as part of the physical album pre-order that launches April 1st at http://northcotemusic.com. Stay tuned for more information on that.
Northcote has also posted another single from the album, this one called "How Can You Turn Around", and can be streamed above, or at northcotemusic.com.

Teenage Kicks Release "Middle Of The Night" Video

Teenage Kicks have officially released the new video for their single "Middle Of The Night", directed by Sean Foreman. The video premiered with our friends at EXCLAIM this morning, and will be released to US outlets tomorrow morning.

Northcote Announces Self-Titled Album, New Song & Video Series

It's been a while coming, but we are very proud to announce that Northcote's next album, a self-titled effort, will be released on May 7th via Black Box. This album follows his brilliant 2011 effort, "Gather No Dust".
Recorded with Colin Stewart at The Hive in Vancouver, this full-length album sees Matt taking Northcote in a more fleshed-out, full-band direction. His trademark vocal rasp continues to be his hallmark, overtop of a catchy, soulful and engaging sonic landscape. You can preview the first track from the record, "Burn Right Past Them All" right now at NORTHCOTEMUSIC.COM.
If you like what you hear, you've lucked out -- that new track will be available as part of a 2-song digital 7-inch, scheduled for release on March 12th, along with an exclusive b-side called "When You're Shining". The physical 7" will be available exclusively to those who pre-order the album, more details on that coming in March.
Finally, to give fans a bit of a more intimate glance into the people and stories behind the new album, "Northcote", we will be releasing a bi-weekly series called "Painting An Album" which features interviews with Matt and his bandmates, new music, and the creation of a 12x12' mural replica of the album art. Part one, "Tracing", can be viewed above.
