As always, we're gearing up for a busy summer of festivals. To date we have announced artist appearances at the S.C.E.N.E., Ottawa Blues, Hillside, Osheaga, Regina Folk and Philadelphia Folk Festivals. Check out our TOUR section for all the latest festival info, including dates and tickets.
Living With Lions Announce Tour

Living With Lions have announced a few Canadian headline tour dates coming up this July. Joining them on the shows will be some of our favourites in The Swellers, as well as Daytrader and Major League. Also joining them on the tour is their original vocalist, Matt Postal.
The dates for the "Head In The Clouds" tour are as follows:
7/9 - London, ON @ Rum Runners
7/10 - Ottawa, ON @ Maverick's
7/11 - Montreal, QC @ Foufounes
7/12 - Quebec City, QC @ Exo Lounge
The tour is presented by Exclaim, Pabst and Peter Says Denim.
Seeking Interns

We are currently seeking to fill a full-time internship position with Black Box. Interested applicants should:
- Be eager, motivated and passionate about music
- Have superior oral and written communication skills
- Have superior organizational skills
- Have a basic understanding of standard professional computer programs such as Word and Excel
- Be available from 10AM-6PM, 5 days per week
- Provide one's own transportation (we are located in Mississauga)
- Have a combination of personal, professional, volunteer or post-secondary educational experience relating to the music or entertainment industries
- Have a desire to work towards a career in the music industry
**Any additional skills or qualifications (graphic design, web design/coding, PR) are a plus
The duties of the position will include office administration, booking travel, assisting with grant writing, maintaining websites and social networks, day-to-day assistance with artist management and label tasks, and generally being a sweet person to be around.
This is an unpaid position to start, with a longer view towards transitioning into a paid position. We are looking to fill the position immediately.

The Wooden Sky has released part 3 of their "Grace On A Hill" video series this week. It debuted with our friends at ChartATTACK.com. This episode features the song "Dancing At My Window", and it has also been added to Vimeo's Staff Picks as well!
